Welcome to my personal website! I am a final year undergraduate student at UC Berkeley, pursuing a double degree in Data Science and Art.

I was born in Hainan, an island in the southmost part of China, where I spent my most of my childhood summer drinking coconut water. At the age of 14, I moved to the U.S. and spent my teenage years in Irvine, California.

Coming from both an data and artistic background, I’m broadly interested in data, human–computer interaction, and AI systems. I’m drawn to questions about how each interact, understand, and respond to each other. I am particularly intrigued by data as a form of narrative—something that can be visualized, interpreted, and reimagined much like a painting.
